Rajat Chaudhary

IPNNATE was a seed sowed at the start of Rajat’s career back in 2010 when he started working as a scientist with Biocon. He believes that he was fortunate enough to work on statins (cardiovascular API) which fast-forwarded him and introduced him to the wonderful and knowledge driven domain of Intellectual Property.

Rajat has been associated with companies that operate in different verticals including automotive OEM’s such as TVS Motor, which further helped him to understand the complex relationship between R&D and related IPRs.

Strategy deployment for protecting one’s core technologies as compared to technologies which are not matured and are still at very nascent stage such as an electric vehicle technology will certainly be different and can only be learnt over a period of time.
